  4. Retention period
    The retention period of personal data is in accordance with legal requirements. Financial data is kept for 7 years, as required by the Tax Authorities.

    • Salonized : for bookings and communication.
    • Mollie : for payment processing.
    • WeFact : for billing.
  6. All written forms are kept safely under lock for as long as you are a customer. After termination of the customer relationship, this data will be destroyed after 1 year or upon request.

    We do not store any data on our local computers. The data is stored in the cloud/databases of the mentioned third parties, which have robust security measures in place. Access to this software is restricted to authorized personnel only. Access to the systems is protected by passwords.
